You'll be the go-to person for customers who need help changing travel plans, confirming or obtaining their itinerary, requesting refunds, or reporting travel issues. The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and providing exceptional customer service
  • Reviewing customer history as necessary to provide personalized support
  • Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues
  • Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues
  • Processing refunds and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues
  • Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to ensure accurate record-keeping

About You

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry or a related field
  • Strong geographical knowledge and a passion for travel
  • Excellent customer service skills, including strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency in using the internet and navigating multiple applications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Self-directed and able to organize, prioritize, and anticipate situations to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Requirements

To be a successful Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A computer and equipment meeting the following specifications:

+ Internet: High-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or satellite) + Operating System: Windows 10 + Processor: Intel Core i5, 1.5 GHz and above + Memory: 8GB of RAM + Hard Drive: 256GB + Browser: Internet Explorer 11 and latest version of Google Chrome + Monitor: Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1920 x 1080 pixels + Sound: Sound card (standard on most computers) + Virus Protection: Up-to-date anti-virus software + Headset: USB noise-canceling headset
