Job Summary

As a Medicaid Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients address their customers' concerns, provide support, and resolve issues. You'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Responsibilities

* Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service

  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide informed support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the Medicaid or healthcare industry

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with sales or upselling
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
