Jemca is currently offering a new opportunity as a Parts Advisor to join our business based out of our Toyota Edgware Road dealership.
As a Parts Advisor, you will play an important role in achieving our organizational goals. With great product knowledge and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, you will use your communication skills to provide seamless service to customers and ensure customer retention. Knowledgeable and professional, you will work with your team to maximize upsell opportunities while delighting our customers. You will need drive and determination to succeed in a demanding environment. To qualify, you must have a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and experience in an automotive environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding the customer journey and delivering unrivaled customer service.
- Providing accurate estimates for parts, setting clear expectations on costs and timescales.
- Encouraging the sale of additional parts, accessories, and services.
- Coordinating parts sales to ensure availability for customers and technicians, using the company\'s computer system to log stock movements and produce orders.
- Coordinating with the Service Department for efficient parts delivery.
- Introducing customers to the service department for work discussions that add value.
- Ordering parts promptly and notifying customers upon arrival to minimize stockholdings.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, standards, and statutory requirements including health and safety regulations.
Your Skills:
- Relevant experience in an automotive environment.
- Ability to interact effectively with customers to deliver excellent service.
