Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to merchants and customers, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with the Trader Administrations Manager to drive team performance, set goals, and track metrics
• Coaching and mentoring colleagues to improve their overall performance and skills
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and quality
• Analyzing data and using insights to inform decisions and drive business growth
• Working closely with the Inbound Enactments team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Key Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar data analysis tools
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and process improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Experience with coaching and mentoring colleagues to improve performance and skills
• Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
