Job Summary

As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will be responsible for utilizing data to create, present, and make recommendations for innovative ideas and projects, as well as performing basic analysis to alleviate the risk of resistance through process improvements. These improvements will support arenaflex's objectives, including maintaining low costs, modernizing the operation, and improving compliance, thereby giving arenaflex a competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in optimal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components.

  • Assist with creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders.
  • Assist with exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide logical answers to enable Senior Leaders to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities.
  • Present findings, trends, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding.
  • Assist with creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements.
  • Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the Group.
  • Assess the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors.
  • Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision.
  • May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with care and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey ideas and present findings in writing, verbally, or through presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and capacities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

* Past internship, capstone project, or research experience in a related field.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, help/group-oriented environment.
  • Ability to focus on responsibilities diligently and be a self-motivated individual.
  • Past internship experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data appropriately.
  • Ability to plan and support large business initiatives.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
