What You'll Do
As a Full Stack Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection issues
- Providing knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to resolve customer concerns
- Collaborating with managers to receive feedback and tips on improving your performance
- Maintaining accurate customer notes and records using a standard keyboard
- Participating in regular training sessions and team-building activities to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Who You Are
We're looking for individuals with:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote work environment
- A background in retail, sales, or wait staff (these roles have been successful in this position)
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection
- A GED or High School Diploma
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
