Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a Provider Services Representative, you'll play a critical role in coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure timely and effective communication

• Investigate, conduct research, and analyze customer data for outreach and problem resolution
• Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
• Provide problem resolution through effective communication (via phone and email)
• Work on projects of limited scope and complexity, generally following set procedures, and work under supervision and receive instructions

Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills

* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented with effective listening and critical thinking skills
• Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
