Job Summary

Preferred Qualifications

While prior customer service and client care experience is preferred, it's not required. However, if you have experience in a similar role, you'll be at an advantage. Additionally, if you have any certifications or training in customer service, such as a Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP), that would be a bonus.
