Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue.
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!).
  • Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred.
  • Flexibility to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with a minimum of 16+ hours per week.
  • Ability to attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM.

  • Be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week.
  • Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred.
  • Have a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment.
  • Be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily.
