Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and develop data models to support business needs
• Analyze complex data sets to extract valuable insights and present findings to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in business intelligence and analytics

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and analytics
• Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization
• Experience with data analysis software and applications, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with SAFE Spry, Alteryx, Python, R, or other data analysis software and applications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Power Pivot, and other business intelligence tools
• Experience with data mining, machine learning, and predictive analytics
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
