What to Expect
As a Customer Sales Executive for Amazon Protein, you will have the opportunity to manage the eCommerce P&L for a leading portfolio, including Amazon.com and other platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute short, mid, and long-term growth strategies for the Amazon Protein partnership
- Collaborate with Protein leadership to align sales forecasts and ensure adequate brand support
- Lead negotiations and discussions with customers to drive long-term strategic growth
- Utilize data and insights to inform merchandising, marketing, and promotional strategies
- Oversee relationships with content development and media agencies to optimize creative content
What We Require
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a P&L or Digital Commerce business
- Previous sales experience managing customer/retailer relationships, preferably with Amazon
- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills with proven P&L management experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage at all levels
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities
How to Stand Out
While the above qualifications are essential, we are also looking for candidates who possess the following preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- Strong knowledge of digital customers, media, and eCommerce merchandising
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
