Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history/notes, and communicating statuses to customers. You will work with leading technologies and systems, have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you, and receive:

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts

  • Handle a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history/notes and communicating statuses to customers
  • Work with leading technologies and systems to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve success
  • Participate in paid training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Drive to solve problems and meet goals
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a remote customer service role

  • Strong knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Experience working with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
