Join our growing Customer Service Representative team in Manhattan, Kansas
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote Customer Service Representative team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, and maintaining high performance levels. Responsibilities:
* Provide prompt and considerate service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Ensure that all requests and required data entry are accurate and completed on time, maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency
- Maintain performance levels to specified goals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives and support a positive and inclusive work environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of Call Center or Animal Health experience (or equivalent experience in a related field)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM software and other relevant tools
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Compensation and Benefits:
