Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and requests
  • Utilizing company resources and systems to accurately document customer interactions and meet or exceed customer service and performance targets
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or team member while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times
