Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our clients' customers
- Delivering an exceptional support experience that meets or exceeds our clients' expectations
- Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, including those with diverse backgrounds, needs, and preferences
- Providing a memorable and delightful experience that builds loyalty and trust with our clients' customers

Qualifications
* Flexible to the needs of the business
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 18 years of age
Equipment and Internet Requirements
* Must have the following: + 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch) + Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless) + Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up + A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile) + Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment + Desk and an ergonomic chair
