Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our store partners via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will be the face of arenaflex, resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to their problems. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information, answer questions, and offer solutions to customer problems
  • Document customer interactions and update records as necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
