Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer calls, conducting thorough telephone screenings, and engaging in positive interactions to meet the needs of our customers. This is a full-time opportunity with a starting pay rate of $12.00 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases and bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a large volume of customer calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct thorough telephone screenings to gather information and provide solutions to customer concerns
- Engage in positive interactions with customers, building rapport and trust to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Utilize computer navigation skills to access and update customer information, as well as navigate our internal systems and tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
- Participate in virtual training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in computer navigation and Microsoft Office applications
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 30Mbps download and 10Mbps upload

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
