Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our crew across all disciplines. You'll work closely with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and challenges in our development process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the team to generate candidate solutions, weighing tradeoffs, and implementing the selected answer
• Assisting in the development, preservation, and extension of arenaflex's proprietary game engines and custom gear
• Building and guiding custom asset pipelines
• Growing arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in our development process across various disciplines

• Preserve, extend, and aid existing development gear
• Build and guide custom asset pipelines
• Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures
• Collaborate with the team to generate candidate solutions, weigh tradeoffs, and implement the selected answer
• Assist in the adoption of solutions by the team

Essential Qualifications

* A strong passion for empowering others to do their best work

• Experience with the overall device lifecycle, including identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness
• Enjoy working with custom standalone gear
• Enjoy growing gear that can be utilized by multiple game development disciplines
• Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, and Net Tech
• Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with custom game engines, including Unreal or Unity

• Familiarity with JavaScript and Net Tech
• Experience with required utility materials
• Resume outlining applicable experience
