Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative and Admin Support at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner, resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Order Management and Fulfillment: Entering orders and managing customer accounts in our database, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Social Media Management: Managing social media accounts and responding to customer comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, providing updates and feedback to stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous Experience in Customer Service or Related Field: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google related services (e.g. Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets) and Slack, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy: A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Social Media Management Experience: Experience with social media management is a plus, but not required.
