As a Customer Success Associate, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis.

Role Summary
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for communicating with new and potential customers, guiding them through the shopping experience, answering order questions, and supporting the team to build a successful brand. You'll be an independent worker who loves solving problems, making people happy, and putting together outfits for your friends (and strangers). You'll be expected to meet or exceed established daily interaction numbers every day.
Expected Hours and Work Environment
The expected hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 2pm-10pm EST, with occasional weekend shifts. You'll be working remotely, so you'll need a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
- Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
- Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line
- Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
- Performing a minimum of 70 interactions per shift
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
- Access to consistently stable internet connection
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
- On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business
- A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products. You'll need to stay up-to-date with relevant media and lifestyle trends, fashion, and culture.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
