The Role
As a Remote Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be the face of our clients' businesses, providing timely and effective support to customers through live chat on their websites. You will be responsible for answering frequently asked questions, resolving issues, and providing solutions to customers in a friendly and professional manner. Our clients' customers will be interacting with you through a chat widget on their website, and you will be the one who makes a positive impact on their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and effective support through live chat
- Answer frequently asked questions and provide solutions to customers
- Resolve issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Use a document with answers to common questions as a reference guide
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
What You'll Need:
* A device with access to social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
- Reliable internet connection
- 10+ hours of availability per week
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
