Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our members and clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, establishing consultations, conducting discussions, and providing quality assurance. This is a full-time remote position, offering a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Establish consultations with members and clients to discuss benefits and services
• Conduct discussions with members and clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
• Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure high-quality customer service
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and members
• Provide leadership development and coaching to team members as needed

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members

• Exceptional customer service and sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Upbeat and beneficial mindset, with a positive energy and attitude
• Ability to interact successfully with individuals and teams, including all levels of management and staff
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
• Legally licensed to operate in the US, Canada, or UK

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a union label environment or with a similar client base

• Knowledge of benefits and services, including supplemental and long-lasting benefits
• Familiarity with quality assurance initiatives and customer service metrics
• Experience with leadership development and coaching
• Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers and team members in multiple languages
