Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Maintaining Confidentiality: You'll be entrusted with sensitive customer information, and it's essential that you maintain confidentiality and handle data with the utmost care.
  • Data Entry: You'll input customer and account data into our digital databases, using your strong computer skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Data Verification: You'll review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output to ensure that our databases are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Research and Data Retrieval: You'll research and obtain further information for incomplete documents, using your analytical skills to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Data Management: You'll apply data program techniques and procedures to manage our databases, generate reports, and store completed work in designated locations.
  • Document Scanning and Printing: You'll scan documents and print files as needed, using your technical skills to ensure that our databases are well-maintained.
  • Customer Service: You'll provide exceptional customer service by updating order statuses and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

To succeed as an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: You'll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong Computer Skills: You'll need to have strong computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.

Compensation
