Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations for our products and services. You will work closely with our sales teams to meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide personalized recommendations for our products and services
- Meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Work closely with our sales teams to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns
- Navigate between multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records
- Provide effective and timely resolutions for customers
- Develop a proven track record of resolving issues and retaining customers
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Key Skills and Qualifications
* At least one year of customer service experience
- Call center experience preferred
- Advanced typing/keyboarding skills preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems and productivity tools
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
