Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced data analyst to join our high-level investigation and content development team. As a data analyst, you will apply advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions, uncover new opportunities, and enhance our content portfolio. You will work closely with our content team to analyze client behavior, identify trends, and develop data-driven insights to inform our content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions

• Investigate client behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
• Develop and implement our content launch and episode release strategy
• Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
• Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
• Experience in statistical analysis and AI procedures: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
• Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
• Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
