Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, while also driving sales and growth for our organization. You'll be responsible for inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, performing presentations, and completing paperwork, all while maintaining a high level of quality control and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
* Inbound and outbound calling to clients and prospects
- Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Completing necessary paperwork and maintaining accurate records
- Quality control and leadership development
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in software applications
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and customer service goals

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:

- Age requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age

- Customer service and/or retail experience: Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required
