- Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years.

System Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to maintain the necessary system requirements to provide a great experience for our customers. These include:
- A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years.
- A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications.
- A high-speed internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
- A quiet and dedicated workspace, free from distractions and interruptions.
Training Schedule
Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you will begin your six-week training program, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET.
