Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with our community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide an exceptional experience on our platform.

  • Collaborate with the Support Team to troubleshoot issues, resolve customer concerns, and evolve our platform to meet the needs of our users.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our platform and its features to provide expert guidance and support to our users.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our support services remain cutting-edge and effective.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1 year of relevant customer-facing work experience, preferably in a tech or start-up environment.

  • 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Business, or Computer Science).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication channels and styles.
  • Experience in chat support is preferred, but not required.
  • Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations, with a strong desire to help customers succeed.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with intercom or other chat platforms.

  • Familiarity with veterinary industry or related fields.
  • Tech or start-up work experience, with a passion for innovative solutions and customer-centric approaches.
