The Role
As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting in the transformation and innovation of our VOC method, which involves collecting and analyzing customer feedback to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for the VOC method
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage this knowledge to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform
- Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
- Develop and implement large-scale data analytics and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions that ensure data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels
- Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
- Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools
- Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease to quit technique
### Essential Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
- Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
### Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques, such as predictive modeling or natural language processing
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
- Experience with data security and compliance regulations, such as GDPR or HIPAA
