Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Proven customer service experience of 1-2 years, preferably in loan services, banking, or financial sectors, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and phone systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
