Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills
- Adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and policies
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean high and low spaces in the distribution center by exhausting waste, clearing, wiping, and cleaning all surfaces appointed with determined cleaning items
- Maintain and clean washrooms, eating areas, designated areas, and outside grounds
- Restock cleaning supplies
- Work an electric bed jack to move beds and set aside things in appointed distribution center areas
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Ranking Director
Essential Qualifications:
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs freely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks
- Ability to lead and demonstrate energy
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree not necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
* At least six months of electric bed jack experience
- Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
