Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving complex issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Bilingual language skills required in some locations
- Valid driver's license as required by local authorities
- Ability to pass FAA background checks and obtain necessary airport authority and/or US Customs security badges
- Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, complete background check, and/or fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Working knowledge of Sabre or another Passenger Service System
- Previous customer service experience, particularly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
