Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Client Care Guide – Remote Data Entry and Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Helping clients and other counselors via telephone, email, and online with billing/insurance checks, products, or service questions
- Overseeing both inbound and outbound calls
- Proactively identifying answers to questions you expect our clients to have in every interaction
- Adopting an empathetic approach to resolving each issue, from start to finish or escalating to pharmacy specialists and pharmacy staff if clinical advice is required
- Providing top-tier customer service experience to our clients while working in a high-speed environment
- Assisting with responding to client requests in regard to their insurance and copays, as needed
- Furnishing our clients with specialized support while exploring pharmacy.amazon.com
- Serving clients promptly to ensure we are building a long-term relationship with them
- Recognizing that every interaction is about more than resolving a single issue, but a chance to build a lasting relationship
Essential Qualifications:
* Currently residing within the state of Arizona to qualify for this position
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
