Job Summary
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll work as an independent contractor, providing exceptional customer service to our clients while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. This is a seasonal opportunity, and we're looking for individuals who can commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week during the open enrollment period (November 11 – December 9). Key Responsibilities
* Assist federal employees, retirees, compensationers, and retired military personnel with plan enrollment, creating new accounts, and answering general plan questions
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize technical skills to navigate our client's website and resolve customer issues
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Tech-savvy and proficient in using computers, software applications, and online platforms
- Friendly tone and professional demeanor, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with federal employees, retirees, or military personnel
- Knowledge of benefits enrollment and plan administration
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As an independent contractor, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $15.60 per productive hour, with the potential to earn an equivalent of $20+/hour with incentives during peak times. Our compensation package includes:
