Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative – Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving and Multitasking: Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or live chat environment.
