Why You'll Love This Role
This position is a member of the Consistency Group within the People/HR Division at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Analyst, you'll be responsible for maintaining legal and administrative compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. You'll work closely with the HR Consistency team, handling tasks such as acquiring fingerprint/personal investigation results and processing unique signature release letters; maintaining relationships with TSA, Airport Security Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services; faxing/checking US Customs results; and database entry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process daily FBI fingerprints into Access database and investigate any database issues
- Plan and analyze HR Consistency data between different documents, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
- Conduct high-level examinations, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalize all data used for HR Consistency
- Collaborate with clients and team members on a regular basis
- Audit completed Unique Signature Applications and check for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business decisions
Favored Capabilities and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)
- Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including organizing, creating complex equations, and Vlookup
- Experience with Access database management
- Ability to decipher large datasets to develop meaningful reports
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills
- Ability to direct fair and consistent use of company policies and government regulations
- Ability to instruct specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications
- Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database
