As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:- Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including recommending SBS products and services that meet their needs.
- Continuously improving our processes and procedures to ensure that we're delivering the best possible experience for our customers.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as necessary.
- Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to recommend products and services that meet customer needs.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
- Ability to work in a metric-driven environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
