A Typical Day in Your Role
* Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services to effectively communicate with customers

What You Bring to the Role
* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- Reside within North Carolina or surrounding areas, with access to high-speed internet (> 40mbps)
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge to customers
- Proficiency in computer software and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems
