Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth, optimize operations, and enhance customer experiences
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain advanced data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and business intelligence
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or operations research
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact data-driven insights and recommendations
- Strong expertise in data analysis software and applications, including Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, and Python/R
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with SAFE Spry, TSQL/PLSQL, and/or other advanced data analysis tools
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with data automation and scripting languages, such as Python or R
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles, with experience in financial data analysis
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
