Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote position. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will provide operational support and maintain and transact data for basic to complex data transactions. You will work with other departments to ensure that our members receive high-quality Provider data. Key Responsibilities:
* Provides operational support and cleans up and maintains data for basic to complex data transactions
- Maintains and transacts data in connection with projects, expansions, and the introduction of new products
- Works with other departments to ensure that our members receive high-quality Provider data
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and improve data quality
- Develops and implements data management processes and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Analyzes data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provides data-driven insights to inform business decisions
Essential Qualifications:
* A minimum of one year's experience managing multiple databases
- More than a decade of experience in provider data maintenance or provider data service
- Excel proficiency
- Demonstrated capacity to function in a production setting
- Proficient in the applications of Microsoft Office
- A track record of success that prioritizes work
- Successful collaboration with others to meet or exceed expectations
- Knowledge of writing and speaking in a clear and concise manner
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with EPDB or Provider Data of at least one year
- Associate's degree or work experience that is comparable

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
* The typical pay range for this position is $17.00 to $28.46 per hour, with experience, education, location, and other relevant factors influencing the actual base salary offer
