Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent to join our remote team on a contract basis. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer experiences and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external customers

• Handle 25-30 calls per day, responding to questions from retailers about their orders
• Take in claims requests and research and resolve problems with orders and claims
• Populate data and participate in workflow processes within our customer experience Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Support department leadership with dashboard statistics and complete related records, reports, and documentation as assigned
• Resolve questions, requests, and problems promptly and courteously utilizing our CRM system for issue tracking and resolution reporting
• Keep management informed of area activities and of any significant problems

Qualifications

* 1-2 years of call center experience

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Baseline ability to 10-key by touch (industry standard minimum keystrokes requirement)
• 40 WPM typing speed (will be tested)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible schedule required, with availability to work Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7AM-8PM (plus occasional Sundays)

• Proficiency in CRM systems and other customer experience software
• Strong typing skills and accuracy
