Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Live Chat specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a Live Chat specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live chats, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through live chats, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm EST
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a live chat or customer support role
- Knowledge of shipping containers or logistics industry
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation and Benefits
* Base salary of $500 per month
- 5% commission on sales of shipping containers (approximately $20-$30 per container sold)
- Paid twice per month via Wise or Payoneer
