Job Summary

As a Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Key Responsibilities

* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to their inquiries and providing solutions to their needs

  • Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

* Must live within the state of Oklahoma (Tulsa area preferred)

  • Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position)
  • Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
  • Gaming experience is preferred (but not required)

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the automotive industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and customer engagement strategies
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong typing skills (40 WPM or above)
  • Gaming experience (with a focus on customer service and engagement)
