Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative III to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and other communication channels. Your primary goal will be to achieve excellent customer satisfaction, drive business growth, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to all phone and email inquiries from customers and internal teams in a timely and professional manner.

  • Open service requests and sales orders for contract parts, returned parts, and projects, and manage them to a satisfactory closure within a timely manner.
  • Manage telephone and email enquiries, and provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
  • Review open service requests and ensure that all project information is updated in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate repairs and technical support with field personnel and schedule workload accordingly.
  • Manage quotes being sent to customers, and process them through to the Order Entry team for order creation.
  • Ensure that all parts are shipped ready to meet field technicians' needs, and keep customers regularly informed of service request progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Education & Experience

* Proven experience as a call center representative or similar position, with a minimum of [number] years of experience in customer service.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in English, with good knowledge of additional languages a definite plus.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently, and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a call center or similar environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
