Responsibilities:

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with clients through live chat to resolve their inquiries and issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat, providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources, ensuring seamless access to information and services
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience, leveraging the strengths of each team member to deliver exceptional results
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary

Requirements:
