As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our customers.   • Handling a high volume of customer calls: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing solutions to their problems.

  • Answering a wide range of customer inquiries: From confirming refunds and taking payments to placing orders and analyzing account data, you'll be the go-to expert for all things customer service.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Starting rate of $15.00 per hour: You'll be rewarded for your hard work and dedication with a competitive hourly rate.
  • Automatic pay increases: Every 6 months, you'll receive an automatic pay increase, helping you grow your earnings and advance your career.
  • Pay for Performance incentive: You'll have the opportunity to earn a monthly Pay for Performance incentive, recognizing your outstanding performance and contributions to the team.

System Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to maintain the necessary system requirements to provide a great experience for our customers. These include:

  • Self-provided computer or laptop: You'll need a computer or laptop that meets our system requirements, running a Microsoft Operating System and not older than 3 years.
  • Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications: You'll need a headset that meets our specifications, ensuring clear and effective communication with our customers.
  • High-speed internet connection: You'll need a high-speed internet connection, ensuring fast and reliable access to our systems and resources.

Training Schedule

Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday, where you'll complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll begin orientation and training on Monday, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET, for six weeks. Your training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
