Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Use arenaflex's proprietary software and tools to perform data entry tasks, including but not limited to, data validation, data cleansing, and data reporting
  • Collaborate with the operations team to resolve data-related issues and improve data quality
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, as set by arenaflex
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve data entry skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field (e.g., customer service, administrative assistance)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of data accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (e.g., Google Drive, Google Docs)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and resolve conflicts

  • Familiarity with industry-specific data entry standards and best practices
