Schedule and Compensation Details

Office Rotation:
Tuesday/Thursday and every other Friday
Work from Home Rotation:
Monday/Wednesday and every other Friday
Competitive Pay Rate:

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
Processing Product Complaints:
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels
Maintaining a Positive Experience:
Investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Updating Databases:
Accurately recording and updating customer information and product details
Escalating Issues:
Identifying and escalating critical issues to the appropriate levels for prompt resolution
Confidentiality and Data Protection:
Ensuring the confidentiality of customer and proprietary information, adhering to established procedures and protocols
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
High School Diploma or Equivalent:
A minimum educational requirement for this position
Customer Service Experience:
At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
