Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Onboarding Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing new and current customers with a positive and strategic deployment experience into our Pro programs. This will involve:

  • Pre-Agreement Support: Building customer-specific content for incoming Request for Proposals (RFPs) that include Customer Onboarding integration strategies and next steps detail to support the new business partnership
  • Consulting with Customers and National Account Managers: Identifying customer set-up needs and requirements, prioritizing key target dates, and developing a strategy and execution plan
  • Leading A-to-Z Customer Integration Efforts: Managing tasks, performing quality checks and updates with key stakeholders, anticipating and overcoming activation roadblocks, and managing expectations as plans change and processes evolve
  • Partnering with Internal and External Departments: Collaborating with 3rd Party Support Teams, Credit Teams, Pro-Solution Center and Special-order teams, National Account Manager, Sr. National Account Manager, and Director of National Accounts to ensure seamless integration and deployment
  • Post-Launch Support: Identifying and communicating adoption trends of Onboarding Customers with Sales Leadership Teams and National Account Manager, providing post-launch support to clients and National Account Manager, and executing on transition plans and moving to full sales support by the National Account team

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma Required: A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred, but work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
  • At Least 3 Years in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Onboarding: Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer onboarding, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, National Account Managers, and Sales Teams
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills: Ability to analyze and report data, with a strong emphasis on written communication
  • Computer Literacy: Working knowledge of Excel and the ability to learn the set-up process of customer service software applications
  • MS Office Proficiency: Strong emphasis on MS TEAMS, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Advanced Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • B2B Outside Sales Experience: Strong preference for prior experience in B2B outside sales
  • Prior Experience with E Commerce/Third Party Platform Management: Prior experience with E Commerce/Third Party platform management is a plus
