Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation

With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, including 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.
The Role
As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with our Utility Teams to outline, build, and capture business needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform.
- Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions.
- Providing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels.
- Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
- Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools.
- Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency.
Collaboration and Communication
As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique. You'll also collaborate with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.
- Energetic collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
